Founder
Sri Giren Chandra Roy, M.Sc., B.Ed.
He is well reputed in the field of education as Chem Guru. He has been teaching chemistry for competitive exam since 2001.With his long years’ of experience and a huge numbers of successful students established him as a pioneer in Chemistry guidance. He has guided students of different region of our country Viz Itanagar,Arunachal Pradesh, Dhubri & Guwahati, (Assam), Ranchi,Jharkhand. In the year 2007, he joined FIITJEE and became HOD of Chemistry at it’s Visakhapatnam Centre and then in 2012 it was the chance for the students of Kolkata to get trained under him in FIITJEE. Besides teaching students,he has trained hundred of faculties,conducted seminars and took participate in TV live Talk show programs for Competitive exam Viz. IIT JEE, WBJEE etc
In 2015, with a view to guide the students more effectively through micro institute he started his own venture ‘EduPace Academy’ to teach only few selected limited number of serious and motivated students for IIT-JEE, NEET, AIIMS, KVPY at Salt Lake,Kolkata.
With much broader view to provide mainly integrated coaching for Engg. and Medical, through micro institute ,he has founded his dream institute MIVIGYAN ACADEMY in Newtown ,Kolkata,West Bengal.
In this period of 20 years, thousands of his students successfully achieved to fulfil their dreams of getting chance in the prime institutes

Smt. Rituparna Roychowdhury M.Sc; B.Ed is very popular among the student circles. She did her Masters Degree from the most prestigious institute of NE, The Cotton University, Guwahati, and her Bachelor of Education from Gauhati University. She has been in the teaching field since 2003 and very eager to do many more for the betterment of student community. Students targeting their career in Medical Science field will be highly benefited by her guidance in Biological Science.

Air Vice Marshal Sanjib Bordoloi AVSM (Rtd) is an ex-fighter pilot from the Indian Air Force. In the IAF he was a Qualified Flying Instructor and an Air Force Examiner. He was the Senior Instructor in the Defence Services Staff College Wellington, Coonoor and later completed the prestigious National Defence College course in New Delhi. He commanded a fighter aircraft squadron in the Western theatre and two IAF bases in the Eastern as well as Western theatres. Leadership training and Personality development are his core competencies. He specializes in profiling candidates for the Services Selection Boards and shape their personalities so as to suit Defence Services officers requirements.
The Mentor
Commander RZ Borah , served in the Indian Navy for 26 years. He took voluntary retirement and joined the Corporate Sector as an Administrator in Tata Consultancy Services. He retired in November 2022 as General Manager after giving 14 years of service. An alumni from Sainik School Goalpara and National Defence Academy,Khadakwasla. He served in various capacities in while in the Navy including commanding a war ship. Presently , he is involved in motivating students on their studies and career options.

Dr. Prabal Dey M.Sc., Ph.D , has served more than 40 years in the educational field of Biological Science at different prestigious Institutions viz., Presidency College, Calcutta, University of Calcutta, Darjeeling Govt. College,Zoological Survey of India , etc.Many of his ex-students are glorifying his name nationally and internationally.His mode of teaching is unique,students enjoys his class even for 3 to 4 hours at a stretch.

Sri Debaprasad Sinha, Alumnus of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandir,is the most distinguished mathematics teacher with more than 35 years of expeience. He has guided several M.Tech students of IIT and Calcutta University.Numbers of his ex-students are glorifying his name nationally and internationally. He believe in empowering confidence level of the students in their mathematical ability by understanding from the root.He only says “don't fear, love mathematics”.
Mr. Gopaljee, Maths Guru
He is excellent at motivating students to keep them focused towards their career goal. A serial 99+ percentiler in his own subjects in CAT & XAT for last seven years in a row. He has to his credit a score of 800 out of 800 in MAT exam and rare score of 51 in GMAT Maths section. Apart from his Mathematical aptitude he is very much a friend rather than a teacher for all his students. He takes personality development classes for IIMs and other top colleges and also for Banking and Law schools. He has done his B. Tech. from MERI, Kolkata (IIT JEE AIR- 3874) and then served in different foreign companies in merchant navy. After travelling many countries he left his highly paid job of Marine engineering for his passion – teaching and motivating. He has till date guided more than 5000 students to top B- Schools and Law Colleges both in and out of India. He works 24*7 to help students in realizing their career goals. Currently He is devoting his valuable time as Math Guru for the students of MIVIGYAN ACADEMY

He is an Alumni of NITK.He has done B.Tech and M.Tech from the same elite Institute.He has started his career as a teaching professional. He has 7 years of teaching experience for NEET and IIT JEE at Resonance Kota and Super 30,Patna. He has teaches with passion and each and every students like his classes and enjoy it fully.
